RCI 105: RCI Asset Manager began today, joining the certification courses that have been running since the start of Pre-Week on Monday.  During this course RCI Housing & Asset Managers are expected and encouraged to foster both a learning organization and continually improve their own personal skill sets.  The seminar will further prepare these individuals to meet the external challenges that all projects will face as privatization matures past the Initial Development Period and to recognize the internal challenges that the changes in the workforce of the 21st Century will carry with them.  For a more detailed description of RCI 105 please visit the PDS Website.
